House & Backfill Process

Step One: SITE EVALUATION and PLAN DISCUSSION

During the initial consultation, we walk through your vision, discussing your initial thoughts on what makes the most sense. While some clients already have an idea of what they want, this is our time to open the lines of communication with you, share ideas, and figure out your goals and your needs.

Step Two: PRICING, CONTRACT and PROJECT START

After the initial consultation, we put together some ballpark pricing, based on our discussion of your needs and wants. Since a lot of our client’s have never undertaken a major project before, this general pricing can help you make an informed decision regarding if the project makes sense for you.

Step Three: Permits
